I believe in person centered care, which means that every child or senior I assist, or take care of, is specifically cared for based on their on needs, wants and desires. It means that your children or family members will all be treated equally and fairly, but the way I would care for each of them, would be modified, of course, based on age, abilities, care needs, etc. I believe each child/senior deserves the best care and that promoting independence is important. I want to be a part of the growing and learning, of each child or senior. I like to make a difference and I like to see the smile on the person\'s face, when they see how truly amazing they are.
