Nanny in Montreal, Quebec

My name is Abigail and I am a 22-year-old student at McGill University, and living in Montreal. I study Anthropology and Art History, with a particular interest in environment and anthropology. I am active on campus with climate and environmental justice movements, and volunteer with the McGill Office for Religious and Spiritual Life. I grew up in Massachusetts, in a family of four children and many beloved pets. I began working at age 11 as a mother\'s helper to two girls (1.5 years and 7 months), and since then I have continued babysitting for many families in Massachusetts, and as both a summer and after school nanny, as well as becoming a tutor (both paid and volunteer). I love cooking, particularly vegan and vegetarian foods, and am always on the hunt for new recipes. I have cared for groups of 1 to 4 children (and occasionally for larger groups as part of a babysitting team). I have experience with children from 1 month to fourteen years, and have filled the role of nanny, babysitter, mother's helper, tutor, petsitter, and housekeeper, sometimes concurrently. Depending on the family, I have cooked, cleaned, taken children to lessons and activities, picked children up from school, fed and walked pets, helped to potty train, bathed, played, tutored, and disciplined (given time-outs), as requested of me.
