My in-laws will reside within the home, in their separate adjoining suite. As such, they will be available to assist with the care of the children. Primary requirements will be involve preparing our the older child for school and morning preparation for the baby. Assisting with breakfast etc. At that point my in-laws can assist with child care of the younger daughter and while the older child is in school the ideal canditate can look after household cleaning and preparing for meals.
