Nanny Job in Richmond, British Columbia

My husband and I welcomed our first baby girl in July, 2012, and her name is Arya. We are looking for a casual sitter for weekends, or the odd weekday/evening if needed. As we live in Richmond, we prefer sitters to be in our area, as it wouldn't be worth the drive for occasional evening sitting. We have two cats, and there is a friendly dog upstairs, so hopefully no allergies. We live right across the street from a park with a playground to take our daughter to play if the weather permits. We would prefer our sitter to have first aid, cpr, criminal record check, babysitter training, but this is negotiable depending on experience. We are close to a transit route, but we will also pick-up/drop-off babysitter. If interested, please feel free to message us.
