Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

I'm an
Individual
Our 9 month old baby is going to be 1 year in May 2018 AND...we are expecting high risk mono mono twins June 24, 2018. So in summary we are going to need help...therefore we are looking for someone to start full time on or around approximately AUGUST 1, 2018. And help out part time (if possible) prior to August 1st to get to know Declan and our family. We are looking for a commitment of a minimum of a year and preferably available for 2 years to 3 years. Reliability, commitment and honesty are crucial traits of who we will hire. We are not in a rush to find someone right away, as we rather take our time and make sure we find the right fit for our family. We would like to finalize and hire by May 1st. Our family consists of myself, my husband, our 9 month old son Declan, our two dogs Ruby and Rosco, and identical twins on the way. Colin works from about 8 am -6 pm daily out of the house. Declan is super chill and happy. Ruby is a 7 year old, 12 pound red cockapoo who loves to chase her ball and cuddle. Rosco is a 7 year old, 7 pound blue Pomeranian that loves playing with other dogs at the park. We are looking for a full time person to help us survive the first year of having 3 very young children and hopefully longer than a year if things go well. Mom is anticipated to be hospitalized at 28 weeks (May 27th). The twins are anticipated to be born via c-section at 32 weeks (June 24th approximimately). The babies will likely live in the NICU until 40 weeks (August 20th approximately). Another complication is the mom has a rare bleeding disorder called hemophilia (which means mom blood doesn’t clot ) so recovery will likely be quite a long time and could be also be hospitalized for many weeks post-delivery. We are looking for someone who is relaxed, easy going, easy to work with, kind, helpful, compassionate and has enough energy to handle 2 pups and 3 babies. Mom and nanny will mostly work as a team to take care of babies, pups and housekeeping, groceries, and cooking as it is moms intention to take a year of maternity leave. That being said mom may not take the entire year of mat leave if work requires her to return early. The job also requires monthly meetings so she may need to dart in and out of the house to attend meetings or tend to other family business matters. I think that covers our situation but you have any questions please let us know! Thanks! Brittney, Colin, Declan, Rosco, Ruby & (twins on route)
