Nanny Job in Surrey, British Columbia

We recently moved to South Surrey and I need someone to watch my twins a few hours a day, three days a week for me when I start taking an online course in October. I also have a 3.5 year old who will be in full time pre-k, but I may want the person we hire to occasionally babysit all three for date nights, etc. My twins are a boy and a girl. My son is developmentally delayed and is being referred to Sunnyhill to be assessed for autism. They are both speech delayed and both are getting help for their issues. They're both super sweet and loving and totally silly. Neither are potty trained yet. We also have an incredibly friendly black lab that the person we hire will need to be okay with. I would love if the person has experience with twins and children with delays, though not having these is not a deal breaker. Also, having a vehicle would be an asset so that the person we hire can take the children out to the park or other activities.
