Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

I am a new mother (of a wonderful 9-month-old son) with an academic career that allows me the flexibility to work from home several days a week. I am specifically looking for a mother\'s helper, for 2-3 days per week. The days I am looking for are primarily Wednesdays and Thursdays, with the possibility of including Fridays. Ideally it would be one person, but I am open to more than one candidate. There will possibly be some days I need to step out for a meeting, and there might be some light housekeeping involved (meals for the baby, dishes, the baby\'s laundry), but for the most part, I will be at my desk in the apartment. I am looking in particular for candidates with Early Childhood Development schooling. My focus is on finding someone who is excellent with young children and can provide him with care and learning experiences.
