Nanny Job in Okotoks, Alberta

We are seeking a nurturing and experienced childcare provider for our two girls (ages 2 & 4) on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be available primarily during daytime hours, typically for 2-3 hours once a week while I run errands, attend appointments, etc. There is potential to utilize your services for occasional evenings throughout the month as well. Seeking someone who is interactive and engaging with children, loves reading to kids, and doing arts and activities. Primary responsibilities include: - Creating a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children - Supervising the children’s activities at all times - When required, prepare meals and snacks for children (cooking is not required) - Place the children down for naps and/or bedtime - Change diapers for 2-year old Qualifications: •Experience caring for toddler and preschool-aged children •Training in early childhood education or similar college/university-level education preferred •First aid training and child and infant CPR •Car and driver's license required - transportation will not be provided •English proficiency •Reliable, honest, and mature Salary will be contingent upon experience ($10 /hour)
