Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Hi there! We are a family of four in the beach: Myself, a single dad, and 3 amazing girls aged 16, 13 and 9 years old, and are literally the most impressive kids you will ever meet. My schedule with the oldest is full-time and the younger girls are at my house week on / week off. Things are busier when everyone is at my house, but we're generally relaxed and go with the flow -- aka. chill vibes. We have zero drama, and "child-care" is not required - it's more about being part of the family culture and being around when I'm at work. We're looking for someone to help us with all aspects of running the home. For almost 6 years we have been doing it ourselves, and it's been a great team effort. My work schedule is getting busier and now we need someone to help us out! We operate as a team, and everyone gets along really well. The main value that you would add is to be able to drive to school and extra-curricular activities and to help with meal preparation. If you have a car that's great, but otherwise my car is available. The weeks that I don't have the younger girls can either be "off" or can toggle to other tasks relating to my work (tax stuff, picking up and dropping off cheques (real estate), etc. This is optional and "up for discussion" if there is interest. The ideal candidate is someone with amazing interpersonal skills who can add value to our home culture -- we always talk about what's going on in society and someone sharing our home should be able to be part of that.
