Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

I have two young children, one is 3 and a half years old and the other is 5. We are looking for a fun, caring and loving caregiver/ parent helper to help us. Detailed job description is to follow: Supervise and care for children Bathe, dress and prepare meals for children Oversee children's activities, such as meal and rest periods, as instructed by employer Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development Tend to the emotional well-being of children Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise Plan, prepare and serve meals for children Take children to and from school and to appointments Maintain a healthy environment in the home Availability: Full Time, minimum 35h/ week Pay: Minimum 13.60/hr Residency: Live In or live out This position will not be charged for room and board if Nanny and employer agree on a live-in arrangement. Note: this is not a condition of employment. We would prefer to hire someone who already has experience with young kids or relevant education (First Aid, Early childhood education programs, etc.) Reference check and police record will be required.
