Nanny Job in Whitby, Ontario

We have 2 children, aged 4 years (enrolled in Junior Kindergarten) and 13 months, and are searching for a live-in nanny to assist with day-to-day childcare. We live in a newly-built home and there will be dedicated living quarters for the nanny (shared kitchen and laundry). We wish to create a loving, nurturing, and educational environment for our children. The ideal nanny will assist with the morning school routine, snack preparation, after-school activities, naptime, bedtime, and so forth. Light housekeeping would include cleaning up after the kids and doing their laundry. Potty-training supervision for the youngest child will also be part of the routine. As the father frequently works from home, and the mother is generally at home as well, there is no need for "round-the-clock" supervision, but rather the nanny will be assisting one or both parents as required and supervising the children when one or both parents are otherwise occupied. We don't smoke, drink, or have pets, and we ask the same of our nanny. As we are Muslim, only strictly Halal foods will be permitted in the kitchen and for the children's consumption.
