Nanny Job in Oakville, Ontario

We have a 3 yo daughter who is active and loves to play. She enjoys books, dancing, singing and everything fun. Our Twins are 15 months and are busy little boys.....all the kids love trips to the park and hanging out in the backyard together. We are very lucky to have three healthy active kids with no allergies or food restrictions. We like to keep them in their established routine which seems to keep everyone happy! We are looking for someone to join our family on a live-in basis as mom and dad both work long hours and are out of the house for work from 6:30am until 6:30pm from Monday to Friday. We currently have a wonderful nanny who is simply not able to work the long hours we require because she has her own young son at home. I have recently changed jobs and am working longer hours. We will require some light housekeeping and laundry to keep the house in order. Meal prep for breakfast, lunch and dinner will also be required however our kids are very young and do not require fancy meals, just basic nutritious food. Sundays will be the only day-off as I require help with weekend outings on Saturdays as my husband often works Saturdays. We pay overtime in accordance to Canadian Employment Standards (after 44 hours per week). I am conducting interviews in the evening at our home during the week of Aug 24th and would like to have our new nanny start with us on Sept 20th for a minimum of 2 years. Paid training week would be on a come-and-go basis the week of Sept 7th (excluding holiday monday) from 7am to 6pm.
