Nanny Job in Halifax, Nova Scotia

Family with 3 children in the Bedford / Hammonds Plains area of Nova Scotia requires a weekday live-in nanny / housekeeper. Must have driver’s license and valid work permit or Canadian Citizenship. Duties: • Supervise and care for 3 school aged children (ages 10, 12 and 14 – note the 14 year old attends boarding school during the week) • Help children with homework • Organize activities and outings for children • Ensure children are ready for school each morning • Drive children to and from school and appointments, as required • Prepare and serve nutritious meals • Shop for food and household supplies • Cleaning, housekeeping, laundry • Assume full responsibility for household in absence of the parent • Care for pets (2 dogs, 2 cats) • Maintain a safe and healthy home environment Live-in ensuite and vehicle provided.
