Nanny Job in Halifax, Nova Scotia

We are looking for a fun, full-time live out Nanny to join our family in the Halifax North End. We have a two year old and a 3.5 year old who are loving and energetic. The start date would be September. My eldest will be going to French school on the peninsula, therefore we will need someone who is able to pick her up and/or wait for when the bus drops her off. My son has previously been in daycare, so will need to be engaged in different activities. The qualifications and requirements we are seeking are the following: - First Aid and/or CPR - Clean criminal record check - Experience nannying or with a daycare, especially with young children - Valid Driver's Licence - Ability to do light housekeeping and meal preparation Our preference would be for someone who lives within proximity to Halifax and who can commit longer-term (no short-term students please). If you speak French, that's an added bonus! We expect the nanny will take the kids to activities, parks, etc. This is a full-time position as we both work, approx. 40 hours per week and references will be required.
