For the past year through my work with Wordswell Association for Community Learning, And the work through placement at Esther Exton Child Care Centre and University of Toronto Child Care Centre on Charles I have gained experience in the field of community development. Working with infant, toddler, preschooler, junior youth and youth alongside their families, I have assisted to develop their power of expression, literacy skills, comprehension, eloquent speech and critical thinking.
