Nanny Job in Thornhill, Ontario

Lauren & Jacob Frenkel are looking for an In-Home Caregiver to start as soon as possible. Care for one infant child. Job duties include: Supervising and caring for child, bathe, dress and feed infant/child; prepare and serve nutritious meals; sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for infants; wash, iron and press clothing and household linens; perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties; maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home; tend to the emotional well-being of children. Salary is $11.00 an hour for 40 hours of work per week. We would like the position filled for at least 2 years on a full-time basis. Position is in Thornhill Woods, Thornhill, Ontario in employer\'s home. Closest intersection is Bathurst and Highway 7. Optional accommodation available at no charge to the employee on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment. Employee can choose to be live-in or live-out. Job Requirements: • Caregiver must have one year of full-time paid employment experience working as an In-Home Caregiver, including at least six months of continuous employment with the same employer, during the past three years. • Caregiver must have completed the equivalent of a Canadian high school education. • Caregiver must be able to speak, read and understand English at a level that allows you to work without supervision.
