Nanny in Calgary, Alberta

Im 25, young bubbly and love working with all children weather they be typical or non typical kids i love working with children woth autism also Hello, my name is claire, im 25 from ireland and looking to relocate to canada next year with my boyfriend of 5years who recently graduated as a psychiatric nurse. I began my childcare/adultcare career in california where i first worked at camp krem its a summer camp for children and adults with all disabilites which i loved every minute of, from that i met a teenage girl with autism who i then in a few minths went to New york to live with and be her carer for 3 months her parents were in florida qnd it was just myself and her for three months she is non verbal and only communicates through facilitated communication it was hard but the best experience of my life. I then went home to ireland and got a job in a childcare facility which caters for all ages at first i was based downstairs in the rooms with children aged from 12weeks to 2.5, i loved this and at one stage was team leader in the wobbler room they are children from 1year to 2, i then began my childcare course while working and i completed that and im now qualified in fetac level 6 supervision in childcare with special needs. I then moved upstairs in the creche and was montessori assistant and then i took over the running of afterschool doing homework collecting children and orgainising alll aspects of it, i then in march 2013 left the creche to go become a nanny for a family with 3 children aged at the start 6months,2yrs and 5yrs i done all minding school runs teaching the 2year old and all aspects of care. This is where im currently at but as their are no nursing jobs in ireland myaelf and my partner will have to relocate for work
