Nanny Job in Lacombe, Alberta

i would like someone nurturing but also someone that can be firm! we have had nannys in the last two years that dont really interact with this family an we want someone that knows we are paying you to do a job but we dont want to live with stragers! the chilren are gone during the day so we would like all house work done! this is a family home an we want anyone that comes in to be able to sit with us through dinner! we also have very busy life styles so we need a nanny that is flexable! we want someone who can go on vacation with us or take the kids to dance practice or be able to watch the children if we go away! please have refernces an experience! we will not look at hiring anyone under the age of 25 so serious inquiry\\\'s ONLY! thank you B!
