I\\\'m honest, reliable...and most importantly I know how it feels to leave your kids with someone who isn\\\'t directly related to you. I can sympathize and empathize at the same time. When I ran my daycare I had a \\\'don\\\'t knock\\\' policy for my \\\'parents\\\'. And that simply meant, just walk in, never call ahead...there would never be any reason for them to just show up. They seemed to find this to be a comfort, as I of course, had nothing to hide. I'm a mature mom, with two kids of my own. One, 17 in high school, the other 19 second yr nursing student. Not only have I raised my own, but I am now a 'part-time' step mom to two younger kids. I also had my own home daycare for approx 13 years...and loved it! I have two dogs and have experience with my two adopted and rescued Greyhounds. All have a brought me a great deal of pleasure and laughter into my life!
