I love kids! I\'m currently going to school in pursuit of becoming an elementary teacher, so I have been volunteering lots in the past 3 years. I have worked inside and outside the classroom setting with children of various ages and abilities. I\'m very easy to get along with and I\'m excited to pass on my enthusiasm to the children I get to work with! YMCA Moovin and Groovin Drop-in with children ages 18 months to 6 years. Organizing, running and supervising children during educational activities. Grade 1 and 3 children in Halton School Board, in the classroom setting, assisting the teacher and providing help with school work. Grade 4-6 special education and grade 4 and 5 children in the Peel Catholic School, assisting the teacher and providing help with school work and explaining the work multiple ways. These all involved building and maintaining relationships with the children while keeping a professional distance and respect.
