I love connecting with children through play and supporting them as they explore the world around them! I have years of experience working with a wide range of children in many different settings. I have over 12 years of experience working with children in many settings, ranging in age from 0 - 17 years. I have extensive training and experience in working with kids with many unique challenges, including non-verbal, LD, ASD and severe behaviour. In the past I have worked for the RDN as a camp leader and support worker, for the Child Development Centre as a support worker, and for the past 10 years as a Special Education Assistant for SD#69. I have volunteered oversees as an English tutor for students in Ukraine, a nanny for elementary aged children in Belgium, and have volunteered in Uganda caring for children living in an orphanage.
