I have been in the customer service industry for eleven (11) years, handling incoming calls in a very high tech industry. One reason I particularly enjoyed that business, the challenges that goes with it, and the opportunity to connect with people. Back then, I formed significant client/customer relationships resulting in a 30 percent increase in business in a matter of months. However, I am now engaged in Childcare as I changed my profession due to the birth of my daughter. After giving birth to my daughter, I decided to know the full study of childcare. I got myself qualified and has been working with children for the past two (2) years which have been excellent, with the interaction and involvement in their daily activities. My real strength is observing and paying attention to detail of the child. I am also very strong with creating daily activities which helps with the development of the child. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time. What I am looking for now is an employer that values customer relations and the time spent with the children, it will have a positive impact on the child or children.
