I have always loved working with children and I believe I am a born mother. I have experience with care of children ages 4 months to 12 years, as well as with children with special needs, including ADHD and autism. I am patient, understanding, and loving, and have several excellent references available upon request. I am committed to providing a healthy, fun environment for the children I work with, including engaging in play with them and limiting TV and video game time (not that these things aren't ok in moderation!). I am not the type to leave the children to entertain themselves while I go do something else; I enjoy getting down on the floor with them and making sure they are happy and learning. I've cared for children of all ages and have personal experience with physical and mental disibilities.
