I have always loved taking care of children on a part-time basis. I am flexible and hardworking. I do not just work because I need to work; I work because I care and I love this field! I did early morning and/or early evening routines: get kid/s ready for school or daycare, clean up, pick kid/s up from school or daycare, prepare supper, help with homework, get kid/s ready for bed, clean up, manage dinner menu for the whole week, stay extra hours as needed (when parents are busy or kids are sick) and have several stimulating activities when it's the weekend or the summer season. These are mostly the things I used to do. I go over and beyond my job - I get attached with the children I've taken care of over the years and treat them like my own.
