I am someone who gets along with everyone, but I suppose especially well with children since I have often been told that I have a special way with them. I just love playing, creating, teaching, learning and sharing with children! I am warm, compassionate, creative, enthusiastic, patient, flexible, hardworking, honest, trustworthy, humble, sincere, empathetic, and intuitive. As a child caregiver, I strive to actively listen, calmly and clearly communicate, be fair and fun. I will respect, adapt to and support the nature of each child, along with the respective nurturing style of each parent in order to provide the best possible care. This means that I depend on the parent to dictate my style of childcare. Whether it be laid-back or more regimented, recreation-focused or education-focused, or a mix, I am fully committed to meeting the needs of parent and child.
