I am generally very happy, I like to work hard but have fun doing it. Because of my horse background I have a strong sense of safety and an eye for detail.I have worked with literally hundreds of children all with different types of personalities. I love the challenges and joys that come from working with children. I have over ten years of experience working with children. Working at a Christian camp I was responsible for children both in smaller groups (five to ten) with the horses and larger groups (ten to twenty-five) for the other camp activities. I have also volunteered at my church over the years in various kid groups and have gone through their Plan to Protect program. This has been working with children from two to teens. For the last four years I have been co-leading a grades five to seven kids club which involves planning/leading games for groups of ten to thirty children. With my church I have also organized and directed two Christmas plays with the children. Last year I volunteered with the Youth Unlimited Jesters theater group. The past five years I have taught riding lessons to kids six to teens part time in the summer. Over the years I have also house sat, cared for animals and babysat for many different families.
