I am confident that I am an excellent babysitter as I have younger siblings of my own who I have looked out for since they were born and plenty of experience babysitting for different families. I have babysat for half a day, a full day, and over night. I am currently attending university in hope of moving onto teachers college as I wish to teach in an elementary school after I finish. I occasionally babysit during the school year when I am asked. I volunteer for the Special Needs Activity Program once a week and at an elementary school in a kindergarden class. I am committed to creating a fun, safe, and loving environment for the children. I have babysat up to four children at once and have babysat in the morning, during the day, and over night. I started when I was in grade eight babysitting after school. I still occasionally babysit at university when I am asked. Examples of duties I have had to do include: prepare formulas, snacks and meals, dress and bathe children, and change diapers, put children to sleep or down for naps, organize toys and materials to ensure a tidy activity area, facilitate children with schoolwork, read and engage in leisure actives, games and television. I am there to have fun with the children and ensure that they are safe.
