I am confident in my ability to interact with children in an honest and guiding manner. I enjoy spending time with children tremendously as they are often very present and authentic. I am capable of great attention and unconditional love for people I have just met or known for a long time. I am practical, rational and live with a strong foundation of peace at my core. I have a spiritual understanding of life but only discuss it with people who are curious and interested. I am accepting of all the different ways people live their lives even though I choose my own particular way. With warmth, Geoff I have babysitting experience with up to 3 children at a time. I never had to cook for them but am comfortable cooking and cleaning. I also have experience as an assistant camp councilor. I was responsible for many children at certain points. I was a volunteer for a children's after school art class. I have experience settling disputes, comforting children and setting an example of appropriate behaviour/responses. I have experience playing games, organizing activities and encouraging artistic pursuits. I have put kids to bed, negotiated with them when appropriate and enjoyed their company tremendously.
