I am an Ontario Certified Primary/Junior School Teacher. Throughout high school and my post secondary schooling I worked as a lifeguard and instructor for nine years. This experience is what really motivated me to become a teacher - as I loved watching children succeed! Through my experience as a student teacher and now as a supply teacher in England, I have gained valuable experience working day to day with children. I am responsible for leading lessons for students from ages four to twelve years of age. As I have been working in England as a supply teacher since September 2013 I have further developed my experience, consistently working with students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 - always meeting their needs. I am a dedicated and loyal person, who loves children. My favourite part of working with children is to watch them discover new things and succeed after previous failed attempts. I am a caring and warmhearted teacher, with many years experience working with children in a variety of settings. I am an Ontario Certified Primary/Junior School Teacher. For the past year I have been working in England as a supply teacher. Prior to that in high school and post secondary school I worked as a lifeguard and swimming instructor for 9 years, teaching infants to adults. This experience led me to follow the path to become a teacher. I also worked at the YMCA doing before and after school, implementing a themed program plan each week with arts and crafts and activities. I have experience working with infants to teenagers, with one-on-one attention up to groups of 30 children in a classroom.
