I'm an

I am an on call midwife, and am looking for an on call care provider to look after my two daughters ages 15 months and seven, when I am called to a birth.
The job would be from 3pm-9am, include potentially having to pick up and drop off my daughters at school/daycare, preparing some meals, and light housekeeping. The position could be live in or out. We would pay an on call wage as well as an hourly rate.
We need someone really reliable that can help our family, with my unique line of work.
