I became a mom 10 months ago and I more than understand the difficulty in having someone look after your children.I am a very responsible individual who has a passion for working with kids and youth. I believe in Education so I will try to help older kids with homework, studying and projects. I am extremely light-hearted and think learning is FUN! I expect to be considered a friend and not an employee of the family. I am a passionate girl that has been looking after children since I was 11 years old. My adolescence and early twenties was full of babysitting (mostly only three families) and then I was a full-time Nanny in Toronto for almost three years to a pretty amazing group of kids. I went overseas to earn my teaching degree and am currently registered with OCT. I am comfortable looking after babies from 3 months to teens. I am in love with animals so I have a dog and a cat. I am a non-smoker, and am very active (lots of days will be spent doing activities). I am also passionate about reading, writing, arts and crafts and love singing! Also, be prepared to have a catalogue of photos as I enjoy taking pictures and putting them to film and music with Movie Maker. I am looking to have a childcare program in my home, as I live in Parkview Hills, across from Presteign Heights Elementary School.
