I am a very experienced caregiver with over 25 years of experience caring for children of all ages (newborns to teenagers). I am a very active person and I love to REALLY interact with the kids I look after. So many nannies out there want to talk to their own friends when they are at the park or the library, but not me - I am very hands on. I can handle lots of responsibilities in addition to childcare such as cooking, cleaning or laundry. I don\'t drive, but I do love walking and would be happy taking the subway or bus if needed. I have had over 25 years of experience with children of all ages - from newborns to teenagers including caring for a child with a brain injury and a visual impairment. I can handle any child care issue because chances are, I have seen it already! I have worked for a number of very busy households - two families had 3 children under the age of 5 and one of my employers said that I saved her sanity. My experience has been very varied with each family but I tend to do whatever is most needed. I cook, clean and I actually love folding laundry. Most of all, I like playing with kids and taking them to their programs. I am an involved nanny. I love really playing with the kids rather than just watching them play.
