I am a registered nurse who works shift work. My husband is a plumber who leaves to go to work early. My shifts are days and nights (12hours). I can have a live-in or out nanny, but I would like someone to stay over during my night shifts. I have a large separate basement with a full bathroom, kitchen, and private room with own laundry. I have two wonderful boys. My youngest is almost 2.5yrs old and my oldest will be 4yrs old in Feb/2013. My boys love going outside and doing crafts inside. I have a trail and park behind my home, it\\\'s very child friendly.
