Secondary responsibilities include light housekeeping.Others includes providing personal care, maintaining safety of the kids, assisting in home works. Total care for different patients with different disabilities. Monitoring of vital signs, medication administration, physician communication, and documentation of information regarding the patients progress and the nursing care provided by the primary nurse. Skills applicable as home-based were the following: bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, CPR for infants and adult (which also includes artificial resuscitation such as ambu bagging). Some other skills were hospital-based which can be provided per request. Some hospital duties can also be done at home depending on individual's needs.
