Nanny in Markham, Ontario

I am a mature and responsible 16 year old girl with a good deal of common sense. I have my G1 license, am currently taking driver's education, and will take (and hopefully receive) my G2 license in September. I have my Red Cross babysitting credentials, as well as a Red Cross CPR course certification and am looking to expand my credentials. I am finishing grade 10 in the IB programme and I have played hockey for the Markham Stouffville Stars for the last few years. I have had experience watching children of various ages (1.5-8 yrs). I genuinely enjoy their company and they somehow seem to gravitate to me. I enjoy engaging with them at their level but do try to teach them things during play as well. I very much enjoy sports and am always willing to head outside to toss a ball or Frisbee around, head to the park or play tag. I am equally happy setting out some arts and crafts, playing a board game or reading to them (or helping them read for that matter!). I love pets, and am always willing to walk a dog (or two!) as well. I am comfortable in the kitchen and can wrestle up yummy and healthy snacks or a simple dinner. Diapers and baths are not a problem. I look forward to meeting you and your child.
