I am a current George Brown College student with exceptional knowledge of pedagogy, typical and atypical childhood development. I have experience providing appropriate care and education to children across all ages and developmental levels. My practice reflects the fundamentals of equity, diversity, and inclusion in my planned curriculum experiences. I have the interpersonal and communicative skills necessary for building positive family partnerships. I have mastered numerous communication techniques that provide opportunities for partnership development and collaboration with families. My knowledge of community resources available to parents and families supports cultural knowledge and diversity. My personal and cultural construct of knowledge is built on professional development, theory, communication, and travelling abroad.
