I am a 19 year old attending the University of Guelph, and I would love the opportunity to continue working with children throughout my university career. I have a wide range of child care experience that has given me a well-rounded set of skills when it comes to the proper care for children at any age. Thank you Rebecca I have had the chance to take a year off of school to travel and work. I spent six months in Edinburgh Scotland working as an Au Pair for a family with a beautiful two and a half year old girl. It was an amazing and exciting experience. I spent full time with the little girl, and we would play and adventure round the beautiful city of Edinburgh together. I had the responsibility of house work, laundry, taking her on play dates, and to pre-school. I also have had the experience of being a residential camp councillor for the YMCA. I would be responsible for children aged 4-13, usually groups of 8 for 1 week sessions. It was a wonderful chance to embrace the outdoors with children, in a natural and fun environment.
