Nanny Job in St. Albert, Alberta

Hi, we are an italian family of four and we'll be in Canada from the 19th July until the 2nd August. I am 36 and I am a wine importer together with a canadian friend and business partner that lives in St. Albert. We'll stay at his house during our stay. My husband and the children will need the help of an experienced nanny for all aspects of the children's everyday life (meal preparation, playing, going for walks, or to the swimming-pool, washing/changing the kids, etc...). The certifications we require are certificates we would like you to have, but it's not essential to have all of them, although we'll take in account any certificate, licence, etc. that you have). In Italy I take care of the children myself, so they are not used to spend a long time without me. In the morning I will leave after their breakfast and will come back home at around dinner time, unless I have a scheduled business dinner, which you will be informed of in advance. It is going to be a Monday-to-Saturday week commitment for only one week, as I don't think I'll take any appointment for the last 3-4 days of our stay, which will be dedicated to family leisure and vacation. The thing that really matters to us is not only your experience, but also the knowledge of some basics of Italian, or at least of Spanish or French, as my husband doesn't know but a few words of English. In fact he will be present almost all the time and take care of the kids with you, so it is essential that you can communicate. We are quite easy going people and we are not used to hire baby-sitters in Italy, so this is a new experience to us too. I am raising the kids speaking English , as well as Italian and our dialect, so you will have no problem talking to them in your language. I know that you may be concerned about contact or being contacted by foreign people, we understand it and think it is reasonable: it is the same for us, so once we select a person for this position through a phone interview, we would like you to meet a canadian friend of ours who lives in St. Albert for a chat, so that you and I can be reassured about the whole thing. Another thing that we could do if we select you, is seeing and talking to each other through Skype, so that you can see all of us, and get a general idea of us.
