Hi there! My name is Liz Bolotin. I\'m a first year Commerce student at Carleton University. I find myself surrounded by gown ups all day and frankly, I miss being a babysitter. I love taking care of children; I have over 7 years of experience. I also worked as a full time camp councillor last summer where I took care of 16 adolecent girls. I speak 4 languages fluently: English, French, Russian, and Hebrew. I\'m also responsible, friendly, I don\'t have any allergies and I love all animals. Last summer I worked at a children\\\'s sleepover summer camp (ages 6-13). I was a councillor to 16 girls ages 9-10 along with 3 other co-councilors. As their guardian throughout their stay at camp, I was responsible for their well being and overall enjoyment of the summer. From directing and leading their activities, to making sure they ate their food, brushed their teeth and got along with one another, I was responsible for helping them with all of their daily tasks. Being in charge of 16 girls 24/7 for 5 whole weeks taught me so much about childcare. I am confident that working as a full time councillor prepared me for a committed babysitting position. I also have several years of babysitting and tutoring experience. I took care of my neighbour aged 12 (I walked her to and back from school every day as well), and my other neighbour aged 8. I tutored the 8 year old girl and helped her with homework twice weekly last year when I lived in Toronto. I helped her with speech pathology and all her school subjects including English, science, math, and French.
