Hi there! My name is Lauren, I'm 20 years old and Australian. English is my mother-tongue however I can also speak conversational French as I cared for 2 children in France for a lovely family. I've found my niche in life, and it's children. I would love to help you and your family with your children as they undergo their childhood. I've had lots of experience with children of all ages and under a wide variety of circumstances (childcare, coaching, babysitting, Au pair, English teaching etc). I'm currently residing in Antibes, France and looking for a Nanny/Governess/Superyacht Stewardess position. I'm very honest, reliable and have a fun-loving and active personality. I was recently an Au Pair for 7 months in France, living with a lovely French family with two children aged 10yrs and 13yrs old. This involved walking/driving the children to/ from school, helping with homework, preparing snacks and meals, learning French, attending French language school, minor cleaning, caring for the children’s friends as well, on weekends & after school, teaching and preparing English lessons for children. I have also done 2 years of volunteer netball coaching for a team of 10 year old girls and a team of 11 year old girls. I’m currently working in a long family day-care centre in Australia until December 2012. I’m the Toddler Assistant and have been offered a Group Leader position for 2013, however I wish to pursue my career overseas. I’m currently undertaking my Diploma in Children’s Services that has been put on hold for the moment due to Nanny/Governess opportunities overseas.
