Hi there I am an education student needing a little break from school looking to make some money and figure what better way then to work with children and build my experience and knowledge I am very easy to get along with and would be happy to help out with your children! I began working in a daycare at the age of 15 in Stayfit Health Center's Child watch center part time while I was in high school. I cared for children 6months to 12 years of age in a closed enviroment. I was responsible for planning activities for the children and keeping a safe clean fun enviroment. When I graduated high school I began working at a daycare in rockwood covering a maternity leave. I was responsible for children ages 1-4 in a day to day care setting assisting in feeding, changing, and planning activites for the children. In september 2009 I began working at The Athletic Club in their Playroom caring for children ages 2 weeks to 12 years of age. I was responsible keeping the children safe and happy while their parents worked out. Included in my position was assisting in planning activities for the children and keeping track of when they were there and all of their emergency contact and medical informtion I worked for them for 3 years concluding in April 2012 when I began working for The City of Guelph as a Rides and Splash Pad attendant. When my summer contract was finished I began supplying at Lillians Children Center in the toddler room. In addition to all of my formal experience I have two young sisters ages 4 and 7 and I have babysat privately since I was 12.
