For toddlers and school aged children: I am the one responsible to prepare their breakfast in the morning and drop off/pick up them to school. I bring them to parks and libraries too. I always make sure that they have enough physical activity in a day. during the day I make sure that I do some of the light household chores by doing some laundry and cleaning and teaches the kids to help out clean up their toys
