Hi my name is Sheila ,and i have been a caregiver for more than 15 yrs.now,i\'m very patient and for what i hear from my previous families very caring, i will care for yourkids aa if they were mine,i believe in giving kids freedom and choices to kids, but i am also paranoid when it comes to their safety ,i work hard and very organize, i am proud of my work ,because i know that when i am looking after your kids,i\'m looking after your life. I had and still having fun looking after children, i have cared for children from infant to school age ones, as much as 4 at one time, girls as well as boys,as of now i am with a very active and sweet 3 years old who is going to preschool full time this fall. Looking after kids depends on their parents preferences,that's why ,one must be flexible, i work as a support to the families who needed a little extra hand,to nurture kids as well as just have fun with them, i believe in giving kids choices as much as possible .
