I received my ECA in �96 then graduated with my ECE in �00. I believe children learn through all the different environments. I have had some amazing experiences, one as a supervisor for a Montessori School, one as a kindergarten teacher at a private school and one as a volunteer for The Girl Guides Of Canada as a leader, as I move up I have found that working with children is a very rewarding job. You are learning a different thing each day. Some days though they�re teaching you a thing or two. In the evenings I attend workshops, training & courses to upgrade my qualifications as well as refresh my skills. It takes a very special person to work with children. You have to have a lot of patience and energy as it is a very demanding yet rewarding career; as we know children are today�s future generation.
