Hi, My name is Allison and I am currently in my second year at Trent University in the Nursing Bsc program.I am a very active and energetic person and enjoy participating in all kinds of sporting activities. I love working with children and someday hope to work as a pediatric nurse. I have worked at Camp as a camp counselor and a swim instructor for 3 summers, and am great at coming up with fun creative activities to do with children of all ages. I am certified in CPR C and Standard First Aid, Non- Violent Crisis Intervention, NLS and water safety instructor. 1. Summer Camp Setting (worked 3 years volunteered 2 years prior): - ages 3-12 up to 12 children at once - Creating fun activities and a safe environment for children 2. Lifeguard and swim instructor: - ages 1 (parented classes)-14, 5-8 children in the pool with me at once - teaching the red cross standard of swimming lessons in a fun safe manor - keeping the public safe in the pool setting 3. volunteered as a U6 soccer coach: - creating fun drill and games to improve soccer sills for age 6 and there were 10 kids on the team 4. babysitting : - up to 3 children ages 1-10
