Nanny in Montreal, Quebec

Hi, As seen in my experience, I have work with children many times and I have learned that we learn as much out of them then they do from us. I love their shameless honesty and their continuous energy. My most recent experience is working with children is at the Native Women Shelter of Montreal as a relief worker, my task is to help women and their children through their harsh times as victims of violence. My responsibilities were to answer the phones and to communicate with the victims and their children. Because of these experiences my goal is now to work in helping different forms of social oppression and improve their livelihood no matter their financial or cultural background. I am in the process in obtaining a human relations degree at Concordia. My other experience are working in a day care as a replacement educator. I have worked for two years at the Elementary school, �Michele Provost� where I would substitute the classes and monitor the children from grade 1 to 6 which also included study periods. I have also volunteered in a women�s shelter helping women and children through their harsh times as victims of violence. My responsibilities were to answer the phones and to communicate with the victims. Because of these experiences my goal is now to work in helping different forms of social oppression and improve their livelihood no matter their financial or cultural background. I am in the process in obtaining a human relations degree at Concordia. I have many interpersonal skills from my many years of working with the public. I am seen in my surrounding as being a great listener, and pro-active. I am also perfectly fluent in both English and French (conversational and written) and great at multi-tasking.
