Nanny Job in Mississauga, Ontario

Hi, We are a family of four with one dog in need of a wonderful, energetic and happy nanny. We are an easy-going and happy family that will provide a respectful and happy work environment. We hope to find a trustworthy and hardworking individual to provide care to our two young children. Our main concern is that our two children are well cared for and kept active during the day. The household duties can be discussed and agreed upon. The contract is 10 months (September to June) but we hope to extend it for a few years. Hours vary between 20 to 42 hours per week. Days that are worked will be 7 to 4:30 (some days shorter). The nanny will work hours in advance to receive paid days off during the contract. Total paid holidays for the Term: 26 to 31 days off (this adds up to more than one month off during the contract) a. Stat days = 9 days (mandatory) September 5: Labour day December 26: Boxing Day April 6: Good Friday October 10: Thanksgiving January 1: New Year’s Day April 9: Easter Monday December 25: Christmas February 20: Family Day May 21: Victoria Day b. Other paid days off: 17 to 22 days off December 23 to January 6 4 to 7 days off March 12 - 16 3 to 5 days off Mondays: Min. one per month 10 days off Minimum Total paid days 17 to 22 days off Pay: - Salary position: aprox. $1200 month - Adds up to an hourly wage between $10.25 and $11.25
