Hey guys! My name is Jenna. I am a well experienced childcare provider who is energetic and enthusiastic. I love getting outside and entertaining and educating children through fun and exciting activities! I am in my final year of university, and through my studies I have had the opportunity to complete a work placement at an after school program for children, which adds to my experience. I am very optimistic and would love the chance to provide fun and exciting childcare. I have been caring for children since I was in Jr. High school and I am now in my 3rd and final year of university. I have cared for school aged triplets as well as a two year old little boy and then his 6 month old sister as well. I have also completed a work term at an after school program directed at tutoring and mentoring at risk youth from the ages of 5-18. I am an energetic, dedicated and patient child care provider with a deep sense of responsibility and concern for the well-being of children in my care. I offer stimulating activities and supportive care for young children while ensuring a safe environment and well-rounded experiences. During my child care experience I encouraged physical activity by organizing and participating in indoor and outdoor recreational activities, assisted children with completing their homework and their assigned household tasks, prepared nutritious meals and snacks and ensured and encouraged proper hygiene practices during meal time.
