Hellow fellow families! My name is Tasha and I am extremely friendly, patient, fun and outgoing. I have a huge passion when working with children. My past experience running various childcare and youth programs I have developed the skills of conflict resolution, behaviour management and teaching children to develop independence. I have a lot of experience creating children programs and implementing age appropriate activities for various groups. I have completed various behaviour management courses along with standard first aid and qualified in Highfive. I am open to any new experiences and love getting to know each child individually. I have had multiple experience working with children beginning my years of work as a babysitter for multiple families with children ranging in ages from 4-10. I had the pleasure of working for a community centre where I was able to implement various child and youth programs working with children ages 4-15. These programs included before and after school, early kindergarten readiness, youth drop ins, summer camp, birthday parties and crafty kids. I love working with children and looking at getting my Recreation and Leisure in the future!
