Hello, my name is Laura, thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I believe hiring someone with an ECE background is very beneficial because not only have I been trained and educated in child development, I enjoy working with children, this is my career. I'm not just looking for another side job, this is what I love to do. I am looking to work with a family and move onto something more personal, more rewarding, than a fast paced and crowded daycare. I have experience with newborn to schoolage children. In the daycares in Ontario I am responsible for 3 infants on my own, 5 toddlers, 8 preschoolers or 15 schoolagers. I have experience working in all age groups and providing excellent care for each child. Working in a daycare has given me the oppurtunity to work with each age group and feel comfortable with each age group as well.
